Each client is assigned an experienced project manager who is committed to providing high level support and rapid response times. Amplitude's project management services include questionnaire design, sample size recommendations, online formatting and deployment, pre-testing, hosting, survey administration, quota management, data tabulations, and a full range of advanced reporting options.
Surveys are hosted on Amplitude's proprietary survey engine which allows us to time our panelists and monitor the consistency of their demographic responses. Our robust platform supports unlimited survey length and sampling size as well as over 50 different question types. Our staff is also available to provide custom programming of question types to meet a client's unique programming requirements. Amplitude is one of the few research organizations to feature its own proprietary software and IT staff.
